UNTTLD can take up to five days to confirm the availability of the merchandise desired and to request further verification of the transaction by contacting the cardholder's bank or the cardholder himself. Once the transaction has been successfully processed, the customer will receive confirmation via email and the order will be dispatched.
Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
UNTTLD accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise within fourteen days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met:
- Original tags are on the merchandise
- Merchandise has not been worn, used or damaged in any way.
When returning an item, please email email@example.com and a return label will be provided. Kindly follow the provided instructions.
Return shipping is complimentary through FEDEX: you can leave the package at the nearest FEDEX drop-off.
Prepare the items you wish to return in the original box and ensure it is safely sealed before leaving it with the courier.
Please note that if you decide to ship with a different courier, the shipping will be at your expense. This means we are not responsible in case of loss, damage or theft.
UNTTLD reserves itself the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the standards elaborated above.
